You sign the necessary registration forms for official documentation.

The official Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) is signed.

Payments are made according to the agreed payment schedule

You receive the official Title Deed along with the keys to your property.

Based on your financial situation and goals, you will receive a tailored forecast and strategic advice.

A booking fee is paid to reserve your selected unit with the developer.

Payment of 20% down payment plus 4% registration fee

You will receive the Oqood (contract), which serves as the legal proof of your purchase.

Upon completion, you settle the remaining balance of the payment plan.

Your new property is now ready for personal use or rental as a profitable investment.
